THE GAP

Everyone is protecting people from what AI says.
Nobody is protecting people from what AI does to how they think.

Current AI safety frameworks operate on two layers. This summit establishes the third.

1
LAYER 1
Content safety
What AI says. Crisis referrals, content filters, disclosure requirements. Addressed by existing legislation worldwide.
2
LAYER 2
Data privacy
What AI collects. Personal data protection, consent mechanisms, data governance. Covered by GDPR and emerging frameworks.
3
LAYER 3 — NEW
Cognitive development protection
What AI does to how people think. Pattern reinforcement, sycophancy, cognitive dependency. No framework exists. This summit creates it.

PROGRAM

Four days. Three dimensions. One declaration.

The program integrates technical AI safety, embodied contemplative practice, and philosophical inquiry. The integration is the methodology.
